THE DIVING DAY

Image
It's a diving day today and there isn't much to say about it other than we were all up super early to pack Izzy and Raven's things. Mia is  taking it very  easy these days and resting more than usual.   I like to leave the packing to Mother and Father and rather watch Izzy and Raven grow with excitement knowing they will be back at the super pool again this weekend. I am not sure what the day holds bt I know they will come back exhausted and happy and we will all be back together again. May  your days be filled with peace my friends...

THE OUTSIDE

Image
In between the storms and sun and and wind, we were all outside. Ari was on alert for hawks that would chase our chickens. And Mother had to lecture Raven about eating all the baby cucumbers from the growing box.   She argued back that we all do it, and she's right! One time Ari ate every single bean in the bean patch. Mother has since moved the beans to where we cannot get them. Mia is very relaxed these days. She spends a lot of time with me and we have great chats. Izzy's cheek is healing but she will be careful  not to scratch so that she can dock dive this weekend. We love hanging out together - outside. May your days be filled with peace my friends......

FAMILY TIMES

Image
It is the quiet in the morning light that we gather together as if we are meditating with each other. It is a time to relax and think. A time to roll over with our feet in the air and breathe.   Sometimes we kick back together, touching someone else just because we need to know they are there. And sometimes our love for each other is  so much that we need to reach our heads to the skyso we don't drown in our joy. Mia feels most comfortable on he back these days. As she  is a few weeks away from having her puppies. We all surround her in support. We are family. Ari gives Mia advice as her Mother and I give Mia comfort. Mia and I have a  very special bond as she was the first puppy not to know her Moula. Family is diverse and all encompassing. I .will always cherish these quiet times. Before the puppies come May your days be filled with peace my friends.....

THE BOYS IN THE ROAD

Image
Mother was working outside in the front gardens when she saw the boys tearing up our road. Mother said it was well overdue because all the holes in our roads make it very bumpy. We had to watch out the windows so we would not bark at the boys. We watched the flowers in the back garden too. Mother worked in the garden to remove the plants that did not belong and when the boys were finished for the day, we all went outside to rest and  to go into the pool. Raven and Izzy were practicing for the weekend while I relaxed in the grass. Then we waited for Father to come inside to give us our dinner. May your days be filled with peace my friends...

THE HOT SPOT

Image
Poor Izzy.  Mother noticed her cheek was swollen and hot. So Mother and Izzy had to go to the Doctors to get medicine and a check up and it turns out to be a hot spot from an  allergy. The good news for Izzy is the Doctor said that the pool water is GOOD for  the hot spot!   The rest of us are very glad that Izzy is okay. Especially Mia whose puppy bumps seem to grow by the minute!  The sun is out and the  boys are outside making the road brand new and Mother wants us to stay inside while they work so we watch out the windows to our world. We are happy to just rest. Mother said we could go swimming later in the day. May your days be filled with peace my friends...

THE DIVING DAY

Image
Mother, Father, Izzy and Raven went off early in the day to go dock diving in the big pool. Izzy said there were so many different people and their humans were there too. Raven was amazed at how fast and far the dogs flew into the air and into the pool.  Raven wanted to fly too and Flew a bit farther than Izzy. Raven took a second place over Izzy in the Junior Division of dock diving. They had so much fun with so many "splashes" that all they wanted to do when they got home was nap. And so they did. May your days be filled with peace my friends...
