Mornings With Moula

Add to the rain and add to the wind and add to the leaves dancing off the trees.... It is mighty cold out too. It's good that we can snugle by the fire on our favourite sofas and beds. The boys were outside blowing the leaves away from our gardens and we had to stay inside. Dusty is getting comfy with her toys and crates. And after the boys finished, we all went outside to visit the sun. We missed the sun so much! Ari loves the warmth by the back fence. The rest of us were just happy to be outside without the rain. Even if it is getting colder. May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

It's still raining cold wet rain and with the raindrops are leaves coming down from the  trees. We nap- of course. I am teaching Lilibet and Dusty how to nap the rain away. I think Dusty is getting the hang of it I think she has very good teachers to be honest. If I say so myself. May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

We all tend to hibernate when it rains. It's a good thing Mother and Father worked all day and into the night to do the things that needed to be done outside. I think the rain will take down lots of the beautiful leaves outside.. Lilibet had a chance to spend some quiet time with her Mama Mia while Dusty slept. Izzy just wanted the rain to stop. We all did. In between the the showers, little Dusty got to try out her new, higher pen. But then the rains started again. And the naps resumed again.  May your days be filled with peace my friends...

Lilibet has been with us for nearly a year now and little Dusty has been with us all of her eleven weeks of Life. Eleven Months and eleven weeks.... Wow! Mother and Father spend lots of time with Dusty. She needs to be trained how to be in our family and she needs to be aways from the rough and tumble of most of us. I am pleased that in the sea of black girls, there are two yellows-  like me. Lilibet will have a little sister play mate eventually. But for now, Dusty needs to grow. I am allowed to be with her and that warms my heart. She is growing and learning every day! I am glad there are more like me... May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

Dusty is growing every day. She is settling into her new routine which changes often these days. I am sure she dreams of the day she can join the rest of us. Lilibet really wants to play with Dusty but Mother and Father will only let them play on opposite sides of the little fence. Of course, Lilibet plays with us all whether we want to or not! The trees arre showing off their colours these days and soon the leaves will be all over our gardens. It must be exciting to see the changes of the seasons for the first time Though the weather is more like summer these days- it is very weird. Mother let Dusty play with her Mama Mia. She was very gentle with her little bean. And Dusty made friends with Snowy the chicken. Mother worked with training Dusty as well. Dusty is settling in just fine. And is definitely  a water dog...
