Mornings With Moula

There are good days and bad days in everyone's life.The trick is to not dwell on either one too long. A good day may be finding a long lost toy from under a chair not moved since Darlyn was here Or having your besties looking out for you. I am one to believe that even with the bad days, there is good. Like new treats that smell and taste like chicken. The bad may be when my legs do not want to go. But the good seems to come back quickly, at least for us. Mia supervised the building of her box, in her room. I think she was relieved to see it finally. We must take the good and the bad together to balance our lives. May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

The heat and humidity makes us all want to stay cool and quiet. Except of course- if you are a puppy. Ari likes to sing to the clouds. And Vikki is as mischievous as her mother Mia. Raven has the best spot in the house, on the bed and under the fan. Mia's belly is huge. We still want to go outside of course but only in little bits of time. Ari still looks out for me and takes care of me, making sure I am not too hot. We all hope to get out into the pool but Mother says it will storm. We all need days like these- to be quiet and stay cool.  May your days be filled with peace my friends...

I turned fifteen years and seven months old and boy, I am feeling it. Mia likes to lie by the oven since she is cooking puppies.   The Littles have more freedom these days but Mother watches them like a hawk. Father does not watch them and they get into mischief. Ari has been acting like a puppy these days too. Even though she is ten years old. Mia knows she needs to be quiet and good and everybody respects that. Mother keeps a steady flow of water in the bowls especially on such very hot days. Izzy showed the puppies the  glories of picking beans from Mother's garden. Ari  taught Izzy who used all her force to push down the bean fences and everybody- including me- puled out every single plant to eat every single bean. Mother did not mind really because they are good fro us and she can plant more somewhere else. The best part of a  really hot day is when Mother and Father took us into the pool. Father sprayed cool water onto the deck so it would not be too hot for our paws. Of curs

It is windy outside but the wind is hot. Mother says it is too hot for us to be on the deck of the pool. Of course Mia is not allowed to be out on the deck while she is cooking puppies. I don't mind keeping  Mia company. She has always been the apple of my eye❤ Mother is letting the puppies roam the house because it is so hot outside. But the best places to be are on the floor and under the fans. The puppies have it right- on their backs to cool their bellies. We are truly in the dog days for sure. May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

We should be celebrating eight months of wiggles, after all Mother counts every day for me these days. But it is hot outside and Mother had lessons and Auntie Diane came to see only me! It is definitely the dog days of summer with the storms and the heat and  pretty much everyone  lays low and quiet. I'm ok with that.  Of course in the early morning we celebrated the puppies in what little coolness ws left in the air. Mother knows it gets hot quickly so we all enjoyed our time outside while it lasted. We all know where the shade is. I prefer the cool of the kitchen tile. I waited patiently for Auntie Diane to come fuss me and all the other girls were sleeping in their crates We had a lovely chat and Auntie hardly stopped fussing me the whole entire time. I was so very happy! And sad when Auntie left.... good thing it was almost supper time! May your days be filled with peace my friends...
