Then came the birds......

Image
So Jester hung around for a while.... He was a funny bird that only ate fruit and dropped some on the floor for me to eat He would sing and talk and play dead when someone said "bang!" But one day he  wasn't in his cage. He went away. Just like my Poppy and my Moma.... and the house was quiet. One day Mummy and Daddy brought little Carnaby home. She was very like Jester but  she learned to talk and say "hello Mum" every time Mummy woke up in the morning. Then not  much later, Timor came into the house. We thought she was a boy but she laid an egg  so.... Not long after that, Robyn came home. he was much bigger than Carnaby and Timor and all three of them would greet Mummy in the morning "hello Mum" Hello Mum" "Hello Mum"  until she said "hello back to them. Timor went away just a little while ago. I don't know where they all went.....but I hope it is like home. They all like to play on their playpen in the ki

Sister Souris

Baby Souris followed me everywhere. She would not leave me alone! Sometimes she slept on me and sometimes because she took up so  much room; I slept on her. She watched my every move. We would go everywhere together. We loved to go on the boat in the lake and taste the wind with our tongues and our ears. Whenever we hear "road trip" we run to the door! We never wear collars inside so we have to wait for  Mummy and Daddy to put on our collars. mine is from  London. It has the  Union jack on it. Souris has one from a great big store called "Harrods" Mummy says we are "posh pups". We liked going to parties and to different places. We took a road trip down the shore to pick up our RV. That was fun! We took  turns running from one end of the RV to the other; jumping on the beds as we turned around and ran again. The next night Daddy put us in our crates. We ran on the beach and had wonderful walks and and met so many people.

The Early Days

When I was younger. We didn't have ipads- I would read a book or two as I lounged on Mummy and Daddy's bed. I didn't like the new house at first. I would whine and cry  to go back to Moma and Poppy's house but I can't even imagine living anywhere else. We would go everywhere together. Sometimes we would visit Sunny and Bruiser and my mother Missy. And sometimes we would visit my father Bear: My favourite was when we drove to the ocean and I picked up shells and gave them to Mummy and we would run on the beach and jump in the water.I dug a big hole in the sand and ate so much sand that I got scared  and ran to Mummy when It was working its way out the next morning 💩💩💩💩💩 For Halloween they dress us up in costumes and sometimes we entered contests. I was the Cookie Monster and Winnie the Pooh and later on, with Souris, we won for best group. We won lots of goodies and got our picture in the newspaper! Daddy would walk me all the t

PUPPY DAYS

Hi! It's me again. Moula here..... I Found some photos of my mother Missy and some of us kids. The other photo is Sunny and Bruiser and me playing with an empty can We had the best of times roaming in the grass and woods together But Sunny Bruiser and I were besties. I could jump right over the two of them together. I remember the day I left with my Mummy. I was eleven weeks old and Mum put me in the seat beside her in her Rav4 and hummed a song to me. I sat up and looked out the window and cried just a little. I did not know then that we would be back together many many times. Mummy carried me into Moma's house and sat down in the kitchen chair. Moma stared at me as I held back a whimper, trying not to cry. "what the H*ll Is that?" she yelled.  "A puppy" said Mum. "Are you taking care of it?" Moma asked a little quieter. "No- she is mine"  Mum held me closer  "Her name is Moula" Life at Moma's house was goo
