Mornings With Moula

I know it isn't a big deal for most but Mother made a point to fuss me a lot . It isn't every day that a big dog like myself turns fifteen and  nine months old. The Beans had no idea that it is a big day or the fact that it is still raining so very much. Raven is such a good Auntie to Little Lilibet. Keeping her out of trouble for the most part. Izzy just can't wait for pool season again. I am more tolerant of Lilibet these das. She just wants to love me. It must be so boring for a young pup to be inside so much. Even grand mama Ari sighed as the rain poured down. We will wait for the sun to shine again. The sun will always shine. Mia still wants to go into the box with her puppies but Mother only lets her in a few times now. And Mother made us all go outside between the storms. Everyone is allowed around the puppies now And the puppies do not mind one bit.  May your days be filled with peace my friends...

Auntie Gwen came to cut the beans nails again but first she had to fuss me! Mia was busy with her beans so Auntie was all mine.   The puppies had a grand time playing after their nails were cut. it's good to find some joy amongst the grim. Well, most of them anyways. They love to play with their toys. Raven snuggled her mama Ari because the weather is still grim. We are  all pretty tired of this grim weather. But at least we can find some joy to brighten our days... May your days be filled with peace my friends...

Mama Mia turned five and we have to celebrate this big occasion. Mother  gave us chewing bones before she went off to school. We love chewing bones! The Beans  had no idea it was their Mama's  big day. Mother got the pressies ready and she made the chicken as part of our dinner Mia wore her bandana with pride. There was plenty to celebrate for all of us. Even the beans joined in- dancing in their box!  Father distributed  the chicken to everyone. We tried to wait patiently. It was soooo yummy good! Then it was pressies time! Everyone got in on the excitement of new toys. And when the fun was over, Mia was exhausted. She never forgets that she has little Beans to take care of. Mia now has clean up duty. When her beans are full with food, she goes into their pen and cleans up the extra food. Most times there is not much food to clean up. The Beans then get to nurse on her for a little bit. When Mia is finished cleaning the Beans she leaves their pen and takes a much earned rest. The  rest of us wonder if it will ever be sunny again. Before  long, it's time for the Beans to eat again. And Mia goes in the pen again. This time there is even less kibble for Mia but she still cleans up the food and the puppies and she lets them nurse. On rainy days we like to corner Mother and ask for treats... We have the stare down to an art form. Lilibet and Raven like to play with each other. I think the rainy days are good for naps. Lots of Naps... May your days be filled with peace my friends...
