Mornings With Moula

It is the last day of October but instead  of celebrating, we are  staying quiet this year. We cannot celebrate all together because Mia cannot be with us butt instead, we will celebrate Mia. I think Mia loves the attention that  Mother and Father give her when she is with them. But I think she longs to play with Izzy and Raven.... just a little longer Mia. Just a little longer. Mia loves to hang out with me because I won't get her excited when we are together.   Mia is being a very good girl and we can't wait for her leg to be strong and so she can run and play with us again. May your days be filled with peace my friends...

Raven looked up into the window to the sky this morning and there were lots of snow mixed with the fallen leaves I think it is too early for  the snow to be falling from the sky. Mia is allowed to spend some time with Ari  and me. She looked out at the falling snow. The rest of us waited to go outside. The snowflakes were big and fluffy and we were covered in no  time at all. Raven tried to catch the flakes and snatch away the leaves in the snow. It was a strange kind of feeling to be surrounded by falling leaves and falling  snow. Poor Mia has to wait for Father to take her out into the snow by herself. I am sure the snow will go away by tomorrow. But it was nice while it lasted.  May your days be filled with peace my friends...  

The rain continues to  fall from the sky and we are confined to the house yet again. Mia has to stay in her crate and the rest of us nap  the hours away. But raven is just a puppy and she needs to play, She asks each one  of us to play with her.   Izzy just wants to nap.      She even tried to get me to play with her. Raven asked Mother to play with her while the rain pounded on the windows. Then she played by herself. It will rain the whole day.  Poor Raven is talking to the rain to make it go away so that we can all go out and play. May your days be filled with peace my friends...

Before the rain came back again- we watched the passersby from under the garden gate. We had lots of visitors  yesterday. Uncle Jon came to talk to Mother and Father about the oil spill beyond the big grey fence. Uncle Mike came to help Father start the new fire that heats our house. And Uncle Bob surprised all of us when he quietly came into the house. It was not quiet after that. The rain came back this morning and we are all a bit tired if all this gloom. Raven decided to make the best of it by chewing on a bone and sitting on top of me- Making a puppy  sandwich. I did not mind. I love my little Raven! I suppose it will be another rainy day of napping. May your days bee filled with peace my friends...  

I know it is supposed to be cloudy all day today but the sun has slipped through the clouds and fog and if we are very quiet and respectful, maybe it will  stay awhile. We were outside for a very long time. And when we came inside to nap, Ari asked Father to go for a walk.   Mia just wanted to be outside. Izzy conked out in her crate. And Raven took her nap on me!!! The sun is beaming outside and we keep asking to be outside with the sun. May your days be filled with peace my friends...
