WON'T YOU PLAY WITH ME?

The rain continues to  fall from the sky and we are confined to the house yet again. Mia has to stay in her crate and the rest of us nap  the hours away. But raven is just a puppy and she needs to play, She asks each one  of us to play with her.


 

Izzy just wants to nap.

 


 


 She even tried to get me to play with her.


Raven asked Mother to play with her while the rain pounded on the windows.



Then she played by herself.




It will rain the whole day.  Poor Raven is talking to the rain to make it go away so that we can all go out and play.

The rains are unending these days and the towels on the floor catching leaks from the skylights and catching muddy wet puppy paws are unending too. Father gives us treats and dries us off but there is not much else to do in these dreary days. I try to keep Dusty calm and happy but we are all wet and sad for the weather. MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it.
