Mornings With Moula

 The towels are still on the floor today and the rains and wind whip all around our ears. The leaves are continuing to dance in the rainy winds. Mother said we would not put on our costumes today- Arabella's belly is too big for her costume ans Mia does not have a costume. But we are also too wet to wear our costumes. The leaves make pretty pictures on the ground.  We spent a lot of time waiting for the doorbell to ring so we could see all the children in their wet costumes. They would yell  " Trick or treat!" and Mother would  give them treats. Mother gave us treats too- No tricks- just treats.  I suppose there will be other days for tricks and treats when the rains and winds are not so bad. We went outside in between the raindrops listening to the wind.  May your days be filled with peace my friends...

It was another inside day for us- Mother went off to school and the rains continued to  come out of the sky- bringing the bright red leaves of the front garden tree  dancing to the ground. It was raining red right before  my eyes. Mother made us go out in the rain when she returned. We watched her play hide and seek with the leaves and poop patrol. Izzy and Mia asked if we could go back inside and out of the rain. Of course- I did not mind the rain. We played inside in the kitchen, by the door so we could watch the falling rain. I mch rather watch  out the front to the dance of the red red rain. May your days be filled with peace my friends....

We tend to snuggle together just because but we snuggle more  when it rains. Mother said it was like the rains in London where she and Father lived before they came here. And even in the rain and with the towels on the floor- we went outside. We watched Mother do poop patrol and pick the last of the summer squash. Ari checked in on the chickens  who did not seem happy about the rain. Mother was busy cleaning the house and getting ready the room where the puppies live. Mia was very interested in what was going on- the rest of us- not so much. Ari sat by the kitchen door- waiting for the sun to come out...... It did not mater to me - if it was raining or not raining. I like to chill - even in the rain. May your days be filled with peace my friends.....
