Mornings With Moula

It was anoter windy but quiet night here. WE love the chilly nights right by the fire. In the early mornings, before the light becomes bright, we gather in the kitchen to wait for our first meal. Some days it seems like a very long wait. Then after our meal, we ask for chewing bones. As the sun rises and warms the back garden. On special days like these, we get bigger chewing bones. But just by chance we hope Mum forgets that we had chewing bones. So we can ask her again. We love that the rain is bringing the grass back to us. Most of it any way. We will wait. But for now we will cherish the snuggle time by the fire at night. Ciao for now my friends...  

After the rain the sun returns. After most every storm, the sun eventually returns. It shines on our faces. And warms our hearts. And makes us alive agan. Makes everything come alive again. We need the storms as much as we need the sun. To shine on our faces. and  make us shine too. Ciao for now my friends...  

We are thankful for sunshine filled mornings. And new adventures in our lives. We are thankful for chewing bones. And kindness of any kind. We are thankful for the endless toys  that come and stay and then get destroyed by who ever the new upy might be. But mostly, we are thankful for each other- every single day we live. Ciao for now my friends...  

It rained again all morning but Mum sent us out with chewing bones when the sun came out again. Mum was outside with us doing poop patrol. It is exciting to be outside with Mum. I love these quiet days when the sun hangs low in the sky and  the days are there to take advantage of the dwindling daylight. It is a time to reflect. And relax. We love this quiet time of days. The leaves have left  the trees for the season- well at least most of them have. And the grass is starting to green again finally- in time for winter. These ending days of the year are short but sweet as we find the spots with sun and warmth. And our favurite time of snuggling by the fire with Mum and Dad. Is pure heaven. And even though it is frosty out, We all want to be outside as soon as light breaks through. As soon as light breaks through! Mia has taken to asking for her kongs again. And in the frost of the morning  light, we have our chewing bones. Ciao for now my friends...
