THE DAYS OF REST AND PLAY

Image
It's another day of rest and play and just basically lazing around a bit. We love these days that Mum and Dad relax and spend their time with us. It does not stop us from being goofy though. I hope there are more days like these to come. But for now we are still thankful. Ciao for now my friends...

PENSIVE

Dusty loves to sit by the fire and think about what she will do for the day. In the mornings she loves to be in between us all. Whether we like it or not. Actually, we do not mind at all. We love the morning when we can ask Mum, then Dad  for chewing bones. And try to get the pumpkins that were given to the chickens. But most of all, we love to nap in our bedroom, together. Ciao for now my friends...

ONE MORE?

It was a special chewing bone morning as Mum and Dad were home with us most of the day. The wet from the rain dried up pretty quickly but the sun never really  broke through the clouds. We did not mind very much. It was chilly but not cold and we relaxed in our own garden. Then asked if we could have one more chewing bone. It was worth a try. Ciao for now my friends...

THANK FULL AGAIN

Image
We are thankful for so many things every single day but especially this time of year. We are thankful for the sun and grass and sky and the fact that we have a grand back garden in which to poop. We are thankful forthe chicken who entertain us and give us eggs. We are thankful for each other's company. And for the windows out to the world. And for the many toys and treats to keep us busy. We are thankful for Mum and Dad and all the friends that used to come visit. And thankful that our bellies are full and we have plenty of everything  we need.

IN THE DARK OF NIGHT

Image
So Dusty returned home in the dark of night. It was a successful trip but Mum won't tell us why just yet... Dusty was hapy in the morning but a bit tired too. She missed Raven and Izzy the most I think. We had special chewing bones to celebrate her return. And lazed out in the fading sunshine of the day. Ciao for now my friends...

PLACES TO WAIT

Image
I did mention how quiet it was without our little Dusty. But even the quiet is- well- quiet. We lounge around and wait for news. Mia enjoys having the freedom to sleep by the warm fire. She doesn't like to be disturbed. And Raven likes the comfy chair. I either jump up on the sofas or sleep on the bed underneath the TV. Izzy likes to snuggle wherever Mum or Dad are sitting. If it gets too hot, then Mia moves to the comfy chair. You can tell on her face it's her favourite place to be.  Ciao for now my friends...
