ALL ABOUT THE RAIN

Another day of rain- then sun- then rain - then sun and steamy air all around us.

Moula always said that rain is good- unless there is too much of it. She said that rain washed away everything that was bad- and sometimes it washed away the things that are good too.

I think the rain is true.  Rain has no need to lie or cheat or take my chewing bones.
When the rain falls- it does not try to make you feel bad.

The rain does not blame you for getting wet and shaking it off  all over the kitchen floor.

The rain does not change it's mind for no reason. It is not there to torture us. It  rains to feed the earth.
And some science thing that makes it happen.....

We care that the rain stops so we can go outside and chase the groundhog who showed up in the garden - in the rain.

There is music in the rain. It taps a rhythm on the roof of the house as we nap.

I suppose some people will never understand the rain because they do not care. They will complain when it rains and they will complain when it does not rain.
