We knew it could not last- this beautiful hot weather. This morning was wet and and sprinkling with raindrops. We begged Mother to make it stop but the chilly rain kept falling.
Mother took us each for a walk in the rain- Her leg is feeling much better now I think.
We were able to get outside in between the raindrops. but mostly we stayed together inside.
Mia went for walkies with Mother and Auntie Ginnie- in the pouring rain. But at least it was not thundering outside.
Auntie Ginnie came to warm up with some tea and Ari kissed her right away.
She loves her Auntie.
Almost as much as Izzy loves her Auntie.....
Almost.....
The boomers came rolling into our garden. It sounds like rocks rolling down a mountain- if there were rocks rolling down a mountain- I would hide somewhere safe so that is why we are all inside snuggling down and listening to the thunder.
"Boom boom BOOM!"
Can't wait until the thunder rolls away.
