DINNER TIME ANGELS

 Father had to go to the office today so we were all flat out for the morning. Mia has to stay quiet because her leg was hurt but tthe rest of us stayed quiet so Mia did not feel so bad.

 When Father came home He took Ari and Izzy and Raven into the pool. I stayed back with Mia to keep her company. She is being a good sort about it! Raven told me all about how they swam and played monkey in the Middle wiith Mother and Father. Ari is back to her old self again.




 Izyy likes to dive right by Father.

 It was time for dinner and we all gathered around Father asking  him for dinner.

 I suppose we are always very good   right before our meals....

The rains are unending these days and the towels on the floor catching leaks from the skylights and catching muddy wet puppy paws are unending too. Father gives us treats and dries us off but there is not much else to do in these dreary days. I try to keep Dusty calm and happy but we are all wet and sad for the weather. MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it.
