FOURTEEN WEEKS AND GROWING

Darlyn is fourteen weeks today and loving being one of the pack. She  is growing so fast that Father had to make her sleeping crates as big  as ours! Mia pretends to let Darlyn have her kong but it is just a teaching game.

I think  Darlyn is teething too because She finds our best bones and chews very noisily .
Izzy needed extra snuggles today so she snuggled up against me. I told Mother about it too.
 
We snuggled up together aainst the wild freezing wind outside.

I am ready for the weekend now!

The rains are unending these days and the towels on the floor catching leaks from the skylights and catching muddy wet puppy paws are unending too. Father gives us treats and dries us off but there is not much else to do in these dreary days. I try to keep Dusty calm and happy but we are all wet and sad for the weather. MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it. Margot took one of her presents and ran all over the house. Mia inspected the toy after Auntie took the tags away, We all took part in the play.
