A PLACE TO REST OUR HEADS

We have the entire house as our  napping place but there is something about resting our heads on someone else that gives us peace and gives us comfort at the same time.
We love to snuggle into corners to steal a quick nap.
But mostly we love to rest our heads on each other.

It's a  sign of love and trust and a way to be together in peace.



Every one should rest their head on someone else once in a while, It gives comfort to all involved

The rains are unending these days and the towels on the floor catching leaks from the skylights and catching muddy wet puppy paws are unending too. Father gives us treats and dries us off but there is not much else to do in these dreary days. I try to keep Dusty calm and happy but we are all wet and sad for the weather. MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it.
