CODY'S FIRST SWIM LESSON

It  was a beautiful sunny morning when Mother told us all we had to be quiet and stay inside the house. It turns out that Lilibet and Vikki's brother Cody ( He used to be Tigger)  came from far away with his family to swim in our pool! Actually, Mother was there to teach him how to swim.
He was  so scared and timid of the vast blue water that his daddy had to  hold  him until he stopped  shaking.

Auntie Gwen and Auntie Lois came to see the once tiny puppy and to help teach him how to swim.

He was a good boy.
Then Mother came into the house to tell Izzy to come outside and help Cody feel less frightened.
It worked! He remembered his Auntie Izzy and wanted to follow her into the pool.
Everyone was cheering them on.

Soon Cody was jumping in and swimming on his own!



Izzy was so happy she got to go into the pool!
Vikki finally realized that Carnaby and Robyn were not puppies.
And Mia did not mind one bit that another of her puppies were outside the house.

Now that eyes, ears and toes are open and firmly on the ground, Mum and Dad thought to introduce the muffins to the world. First up is our big yellow boy named OATS. He is a love bug that loves to cuddle. Then a little boy named BRAN-DY   He loves to explore  all the toys in the box. PEAR  is a lovely little girl who really likes her milk! And sister CORN who loves to keep the peace. APPLE  is our bollo girl and she takes after her grand mama Mia. CHIP  is a very inquisitive little boy but very sweet. BLUEBERRY is a sweet little girl with the brightest eyes. MINI  is such a cute boy who loves to nap on his siblings.   And last, but not least we have our big boy RAISIN. THE UNEXPECTED

Most days and nights you can pretty much know what to expect. Especially around dinner times and snuggle times and morning chews. But when it comes to puppies, they dictate your every moment. And Dusty's muffins were no different  We all knew it was nearly time for the muffins to appear but we were not expecting it so soon. Dusty took it in stride, she was calm and collected- much more than Mum and Dad although they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it.  It was expected of them, until it was not. And off to the doctor's they went. We had chewing bones while we waited for news. It turned out that Dusty needed a bit of help- like I needed. Everyone was so helpful with the little puppies! There are five boys and four girls. Three yellows and six black and we are so excited that they are finally here! Dusty seems to be taking it all in slowly.  Let the adventures begin. THE PLAYFUL DAY

It was a big day for Blue. She was a very good girl at the vet's lace and then she had to go shopping with Mum and Dad. She had her favorite toys  in sight and said hello to each one of them. And she visited with the people in the store too. She waited patiently while mum and Dad talked. And back home she played quietly. And she played with us. Or more like, we played with Blueberry. Mia and Dusty were on the other side of the gate and even so, Blue played with them too. Raven even played with her! Then took a nap. For someone who had shots in the morning, she was a playful puppy! Ciao for now my friends...
