Mornings With Moula

Mum is extra watchful of Dusty these days as she has dog shows to attend in the coming days. I remember fondly of my days in the ring and the trips I took with my original puppy family. I think Dusty is destined for great things too. Mia is pleased with herself that she makes such beautiful puppies. To be honest, they are all mine. Grand mama and mama. I started them all.   Ciao for now my friends...

The sun went away with the heat today and  we were a little sad. But Mum gave us chewing bones and that helped quite a bit. Mum was busy in the garden again and we were happy just to help her. Sort of... Dusty is getting ready for her shows this weekend though I think she would rather be swimming with the rest of us. I am content to just rest under Mum's feet. But we are always ready and willing to accept more chewing bones. Dusty was asking where the summer sun went and when it would come back to us. I think we are all wondering that. Ciao for now my friends  

nyone who thinks the summer is over, does not live at our house! It was so hot very early in the morning and had to have our chewing bones in the shady places of our garden. Mum had a lesson and then We went into the bedroom because Margot and her mum came to swim. Dusty has to stay inside because she has shows to go to this week but Raven and Izzy came out to swim. Margot knew her place with her elder friends and all was very peaceful. Margot rather float around on the dog float when she gets tired. It was a lovely day for  swim. Izzy felt like she was in a dream. And Auntie Julie had treats for them when the swimming was done. Ciao for now my friends...  

  I love it when the summer never seems to end. Mum really tries to get us and her into the pool as many days as she can. Dad usually comes home in time to come into the pool too but he will be coming home later from now on. So we will have to make the best of what is left of these summer days. Who knows what next season will bring. Even the afternoon light is changing - making us feel that the end of summer days is near. But for now we swim with joy in our hearts. We will take every summer day that we can. Who wouldn't want that? Ciao for now my friends...
