FADING COLOURS

On the day before Dusty leaves for her first road trip with out Mum and Dad, the mood is quiet and subdued a bit. like the fading colours of the tees outside. Without any rain, the colours are fadng fast.
Mum gave us chewing bones all together before before Dusty left us.

Dusty knows she is going away with her Aunties and has been asking me and her Auntie Izzy how it was to travel when they went on the road.
I think she will have as much fun as we did way back when we were her age.
But the house will be much quieter for almost a week and the fading leaves will lose even more of their colours before they fall. We will definitely miss this little girl.

Now that eyes, ears and toes are open and firmly on the ground, Mum and Dad thought to introduce the muffins to the world. First up is our big yellow boy named OATS. THE UNEXPECTED

Most days and nights you can pretty much know what to expect. Especially around dinner times and snuggle times and morning chews. But when it comes to puppies, they dictate your every moment. And Dusty's muffins were no different  We all knew it was nearly time for the muffins to appear but we were not expecting it so soon. Dusty took it in stride, she was calm and collected- much more than Mum and Dad although they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it.  It was expected of them, until it was not. And off to the doctor's they went. We had chewing bones while we waited for news. It turned out that Dusty needed a bit of help- like I needed. Everyone was so helpful with the little puppies! There are five boys and four girls. Three yellows and six black and we are so excited that they are finally here! Dusty seems to be taking it all in slowly.  Let the adventures begin. THE PLAYFUL DAY

It was a big day for Blue. She was a very good girl at the vet's lace and then she had to go shopping with Mum and Dad. She had her favorite toys  in sight and said hello to each one of them. And she visited with the people in the store too. She waited patiently while mum and Dad talked. And back home she played quietly. And she played with us. Or more like, we played with Blueberry. Mia and Dusty were on the other side of the gate and even so, Blue played with them too. Raven even played with her! Then took a nap. For someone who had shots in the morning, she was a playful puppy! Ciao for now my friends...
