THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION




It's my birthday again- I mean it does happen every year but Mum and Dad make sure I know that I am special.
I don't mind dressing up for pictures- especially when I know steak and pressies are involved.
And Mum said I could have a special chewing bone.
So I'm all in! The Birthday box came out and was filled with all sorts of lovely surprises.
e gathered for treats before dinner.
And Mum made us steak to add to our dinner- Oh! IT SMELLED SO GOOD!
Then Dad got our dindins  ready.


We even got to lick the spoon and plate.
And boy the munching sounds we made.
I missed little Dusty munching beside me but she will be home  soon enough.

And Mum said we will surprise her with a second celebration when she returns.
Dad gave us all te toys and treats from the birthday box.






And the sun returned just as I got my special bone and everyone else got their chewing bones.


It was a glorious end to a wonderful celebration!

ROCKSTAR DUSTY'S TRIUMPHANT RETURN!

  It started a couple of weeks ago when Mum and Dad took Dusty to meet Auntie Nadine at a rest stop. Dusty never looked back and we all wished  her happiness. Her first show with Auntie was in Maryland- far away from us. She got a special ribbon like I did and Izzy and Raven too!  WE were all very happy about that! But on the second show that weekend- Dusty did better then any of us here! She won her class then won best girl! Then won best of Winners. THEN Won best of Breed! We were all over the moon happy for her!   Even her picture makes her look like a rock star! We were all so excited that we wanted to scream with joy! They all went in the RV again to Delaware for more shows and she won again! And again- Four points in total! MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it. Margot took one of her presents and ran all over the house. Mia inspected the toy after Auntie took the tags away, We all took part in the play. Mum still does not feel well so Auntie Julie and Margot came over to let us outside- We all thought we would go into the pool but Margot and Auntie Julie went in. Margot was glad to be with her friends and family. And Raven loved taking care of Margot. Izzy brought all the toys she could out in her mouth. Dusty was happy about that. Dusty really wanted to go into the pool. Izzy did too. But they settled on a play date instead. It is good to have friends around when you really want them.  Ciao for now my friends...
