FAMILY DAY!

Dusty was not happy that she had to be in her x pen when her sister Lillibet arrived to start the reunion festivities. It was in honour of brother Nuru's trip down from Rhode Island to get..... err- never mind.
Mia went to Lillibet immediately to check out her puppy.
I checked out my grand daughter too.
It was a windy day but the low sun was still out for us.
Auntie Izzy joined in on the fun too.







Dad was out front looking out for Nuru and his mother and Bullah and his family.
It was nice that the weather held  and the rain was far away.
Nuru showed up with flair! Mia knew immediately that another one of her puppies came to visit her.
Lillibet was so excited to see Nuru since they are best buds when she visits in Newport.
Izzy and I had a nice chat with Nuru.
He's such a handsome boy.
Rebecca had treats so all eyes were on her.

Then brother Bullah and his family arrived and half of all the puppies were all back where they were born.
We missed Cody and Vikki and Finnigan but they were here in spirit.
It was fun getting to know everyone again.


Nuru played with Bullah and Lillibet made sure they did not play too rough.



The puppies played together just like when they were very young.
Everyone had such a good time.


No one wanted to say goodbye.

ROCKSTAR DUSTY'S TRIUMPHANT RETURN!

  It started a couple of weeks ago when Mum and Dad took Dusty to meet Auntie Nadine at a rest stop. Dusty never looked back and we all wished  her happiness. Her first show with Auntie was in Maryland- far away from us. She got a special ribbon like I did and Izzy and Raven too!  WE were all very happy about that! But on the second show that weekend- Dusty did better then any of us here! She won her class then won best girl! Then won best of Winners. THEN Won best of Breed! We were all over the moon happy for her!   Even her picture makes her look like a rock star! We were all so excited that we wanted to scream with joy! They all went in the RV again to Delaware for more shows and she won again! And again- Four points in total! Mum and Dad left very early in the morning and drove for a few hours to be able to watch Dusty in the ring and bring her home. When she saw Mum- she got so excited that she jumped all around! MARGOT'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

It seemed like any other chilly morning with the sun shining bright but then in came little Margot and her mother -Auntie Julie. It was Margot's first birthday and she wanted to spend it with us. But first she had to run all around the back garden to explore because it was quite some time since her last visit. She had her birthday bandana around her neck and a smile from ear to ear as she greeted each one of us. We  chatted with Auntie too. Inside, in the warmth of the kitchen, we gathered around to see Margot get her gift. We all wanted to see the card as well because it was Mum who wrote in it. Margot took one of her presents and ran all over the house. Mia inspected the toy after Auntie took the tags away, We all took part in the play. ROCKSTAR DUSTY'S SECOND BIRTHDAY BASH!

It was a lovely day here at Wombleshyre. Our beautiful Stardust is now two years old and though she is still our baby, she is also ion her way up in the world. Gifts awaited us and of curse, chicken. Dusty knew exactly what was going on. WE all did. We were all very patiently  waiting. Very patiently. Then after our chicken and kibble, we waitied for Dad to get all the gifts and treats to us.
