ON THE WAY

It was an ugly coudy and rainy morning and all of us were together. Even Blue was in the pack asking for treat.

Blue knew something was up and decided to just chill and see where the morning took us.
Then  Dusty and Blueberry were loaded into the car for a great adventure. Dusty had shows  in another State but they were headed to a big dog show in yet another State.

They were to meet up with  their handler who drives a big RV. Blue of course was too young to be in this show but she was going on the road with her Mama to be trained for the show ring.

 

Blueberry was fascinated to see so many dogs like herself in one place. She was calm and cool and collected  and wanted to meet everyone there. She studied everything going on with ease.

She met her father's human mother for the first time.
And loved showing off for anyone who would see her.
She  met her half sister Noodle.
And Dusty and Blue were quite fine waiting in the car for Auntie Nadine.
Then it was time to say goodbye to Mum and Dad. Blue was just like her Mama Dusty, no looking back because they knew they were about to embark on a great adventure.
Dusty saw Auntie Nadine and went crazy with happiness.
Mum and Dad came home a bit quiet and to be honest, the house seems very quiet too.

Now that eyes, ears and toes are open and firmly on the ground, Mum and Dad thought to introduce the muffins to the world. First up is our big yellow boy named OATS. He is a love bug that loves to cuddle. Then a little boy named BRAN-DY   He loves to explore  all the toys in the box. PEAR  is a lovely little girl who really likes her milk! And sister CORN who loves to keep the peace. APPLE  is our bollo girl and she takes after her grand mama Mia. CHIP  is a very inquisitive little boy but very sweet. BLUEBERRY is a sweet little girl with the brightest eyes. MINI  is such a cute boy who loves to nap on his siblings.   And last, but not least we have our big boy RAISIN. THE UNEXPECTED

Most days and nights you can pretty much know what to expect. Especially around dinner times and snuggle times and morning chews. But when it comes to puppies, they dictate your every moment. And Dusty's muffins were no different  We all knew it was nearly time for the muffins to appear but we were not expecting it so soon. Dusty took it in stride, she was calm and collected- much more than Mum and Dad although they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it.  It was expected of them, until it was not. And off to the doctor's they went. We had chewing bones while we waited for news. It turned out that Dusty needed a bit of help- like I needed. Everyone was so helpful with the little puppies! There are five boys and four girls. Three yellows and six black and we are so excited that they are finally here! Dusty seems to be taking it all in slowly.  Let the adventures begin. THE PLAYFUL DAY

It was a big day for Blue. She was a very good girl at the vet's lace and then she had to go shopping with Mum and Dad. She had her favorite toys  in sight and said hello to each one of them. And she visited with the people in the store too. She waited patiently while mum and Dad talked. And back home she played quietly. And she played with us. Or more like, we played with Blueberry. Mia and Dusty were on the other side of the gate and even so, Blue played with them too. Raven even played with her! Then took a nap. For someone who had shots in the morning, she was a playful puppy! Ciao for now my friends...
